At Kal’s Lawncare Services, we take pride in the quality of our work and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services booked over the phone or through our website www.kalslawncareandservices.com.

Cancellations by the Customer

 

  • Customers may cancel scheduled services by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the appointment.

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees.

 

Rescheduling

 

  • Customers may reschedule services at no additional cost if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a fee.

 

 

Service Issues or Dissatisfaction

 

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of service received, please contact us within 48 hours of the service date.

  • We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund, a credit toward future services, or a free corrective service.

 

 

Weather and Safety Conditions

 

  • Lawn care services are sometimes affected by weather conditions or safety concerns (e.g., heavy rain, storms).

  • If we must cancel or reschedule due to weather or unsafe conditions, you will not be charged, and any prepaid fees will be applied to your rescheduled service or refunded upon request.

Non-Refundable Situations

 

  • Services that have already been completed are generally non-refundable unless a valid service issue is reported within 48 hours.

  • Missed appointments without prior notice are not eligible for refunds.
